Duck Creek Ramp gives you access to one of Grand Lake's most famous coves — Duck Creek, home of the lake's legendary 4th of July fireworks show. Thousands of boats raft up in this cove every Independence Day for one of Oklahoma's biggest on-the-water celebrations.
Outside of holiday madness, Duck Creek is a peaceful fishing area with good bass and crappie habitat along its banks and docks. The single concrete ramp is basic but functional, with gravel parking for about 15 trailers.
This ramp is best for bass boats and smaller craft. The cove itself is protected from the main lake wind, making it a good option on days when the main body is too rough to fish comfortably.
