Wolf Creek Park is the undisputed king of Grand Lake boat ramps. With six wide concrete ramps spread across a massive facility, it can handle the heaviest launch traffic on the lake — and it regularly does. This is the primary launch site for bass tournaments, including major B.A.S.S. and FLW events that draw hundreds of boats.
Expect a well-organized experience: paved parking that can hold 400+ vehicles with trailers, clean restroom facilities, a large pavilion, and courtesy docks that make launching solo manageable. The ramps are in excellent condition year-round, maintained by the City of Grove.
The catch? It gets packed. Tournament weekends (especially spring and fall) can see lines starting before dawn. If you're a casual angler, weekday mornings are your best bet. The park is also a great spectator spot — watching 200 bass boats blast off at sunrise is a Grand Lake experience in itself.
